1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 pint fresh or 10 oz. frozen strawberries, cut into very small pieces
Beat for 10 minutes. Fold in 9 oz. Cool Whip. Crumble 1 sleeve of Pecan Sandies (or shortbread cookies) into 9 x 13 pan. Spread mixture over crust and freeze.
Garnish with more crumbled cookies and strawberries.
