Swiss 'n Chicken Casserole

4 cups chopped cooked chicken
2 cups croutons
1-1/2 cups Kraft Shredded Swiss Cheese
2/3 cup milk
4 stalks celery, sliced
1/4 cup chopped onions
6 to 8 bacon strips, crumbled

Heat over to 350 degrees F. Combine ingredients. Spoon into 2-qt. casserole. Bake 40 minutes or until heated through.

Special extras: Sprinkle casserole with 1/4 cup chopped toasted Planters Slivered Almonds or Planters Walnuts before baking.
