Chocolatey Raspberry Crumb Bars

Chocolatey Raspberry Crumb Bars

1 cup butter, softened
2 cups flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/3 cup seedless raspberry jam

Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 pan.
Beat butter until creamy. Beat in flour, sugar, salt until crumbly. Press 1 and 3/4 cup of mixture into bottom of pan. Bake for 10-12 min or until edges are golden brown.
Microwave 1 cup chips and milk for 1 min, or until melted. Stir. Spread over hot crust.
Stir nuts into reserved flour mixture. Sprinkle over chocolate layer. Drop teaspoonfuls of jam over crumb layer. Sprinkle with remaining chips.
Bake for 25 -30 min until center is set. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars. Yummy!
