Sausage Rotel Dip

This delicious and easy dish has been requested on several occasions by Christy and Tiffany.

1 lb. of sausage
8 0z. package of cream cheese
1 can of Rotel tomatoes

Brown sausage. Drain. Mix in cream cheese and Rotel over medium low heat. Serve in mini crock pot with tortilla chips. We usually double it when the Dudleys are coming. :)
In the rare occasion that you have left-overs, mix with hash browns the next morning for breakfast.

Note: You can substitute Velveeta for the sour cream.
