Strawberry Poppyseed Salad

Jay's sister-in-law, Kelly, first made this recipe. Since then I've made it for several family get-togethers. It's easy and delicious.

1 package of spinach
1 can of mandarin oranges
1 package of cashews
1 quart of fresh strawberries (can substitute peaches)
1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
cooked chicken (optional)

Mix together and serve with Marzetti's poppyseed salad dressing. The measurements are not important. I just sprinkle cashews, cheese and fruit on until it looks good. Add the chicken and serve with French bread for a great summer meal.
