Buckeye Brownies

19 1/2 ounces brownie mix PREPARED in 13x9 inch pan.
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
6 T. butter, softened
1 (8-oz) jar peanut butter
1 (6-oz) package semi-sweet chocolate chips

Let brownies cool. Mix sugar, 1/2 cup butter, and peanut butter. Spread over brownies. Chill for 1 hour. With low heat, melt together chocolate chips and remaining butter; stir occasionally. Spread over brownies. Let cool; cut into squares.
