Quick Sausage Gravy and Biscuits

2 lbs. bulk pork sausage

4 Tbls. all purpose flour

3 ½ cup milk

Warm Biscuits


In a skillet brown and crumble sausage until fully cooked; drain. Sprinkle with flour and blend. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil for a few minutes until thickened. Serve over biscuits, halved. Yield: 12 servings
