Fruit Pizza

Use an sugar cookie recipe. Spray a pizza pan with Pam. Roll our dough to fit the pan. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes until it is nice and brown.

Let cool.

Mix 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/2 container cool whip, and 2 tbls. conf. sugar. Beat until smooth. Spread over cooled sugar crust.

Next arrange fruit in pattern if you want. I usually use peaches all the way around. Bananas, strawberries, grapes, pineapple. Whatever you like. Arrange so it looks pretty. Drain all fruit before using tho.

Next step. Cover the whole thing with some kind of glaze like peach, or strawberry. You can get these at John Brown's in Hamilton. Comes in plastic bags. Just cut top off of bag and spread all around. You can also use canned fruit, like Thank You Pie Filling; comes in all flavors. The peach makes it look the best tho. Enjoy.
