2 T. cocoa
3 T. corn syrup
1/4 cup bourbon (90 or higher proof) for cookies
2 cups bourbon for cook
2 1/2 cups coarsely chopped vanilla wafers
1 cup coarsely chopped English walnuts
In a bowl add and mix all ingredients. Roll into walnut sized balls; roll each ball in additional confectioners sugar.
Note: Keep in an air tight container and these cookies will keep for 8 months.
