Tex-Mex Casserole

This is a delicious recipe that was popular at the Ramseys. It is delicious served with corn bread.

Brown:

1lb. hamburger

Add and brown a little longer:

1 large onion (chopped)

1 large green pepper (chopped)


Stir in 2 cups cooked tomatoes

1/2 cup uncooked rice

2 tsp. chili powder

2 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. pepper

Dash of garlic salt


Bake at 350⁰ for 45 minutes with cover and another 15 minutes without cover.
