Pumpkin Bread

1 2/3 cup flour sifted
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. nutmeg
1/4 t. salt
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup salad oil
1/3 cup water
1 cup canned pumpkin

Mix dry ingredients; add nuts. Mix egg, oil, water, and pumpkin. Add to dry ingredients. Mix until blended. Spoon into loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 60-75 minutes or until well done.
