Pumpkin Pie

1 teaspoon salt
3 ½ cups pumpkin
3 ½ cups milk
5 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon cloves

Beat together all the ingredients. Pour into 3 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

  1. Two recipes under this one. For Aunt Rose's Coffee Cake, you must use bread flour and you must mix it by hand (no mixers) otherwise, "it's just gonna be too tough." Also, you should put the stick of butter in the hot milk so that it melts. Also, you should stand on your head for five minutes before the timer goes off.
