1 gallon water
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 lbs. ground pork
2 pkgs. onion soup mix
2 T. poultry seasoning
2 T. salt
1 T. pepper
Start with cold water in roasting pan. Add meat, then bring to a boil. Add all other seasonings then bring to a boil again. Place in oven at 250. Stir after 15 minutes. Place lid on pan, then bake 2 hours. Stir often.
