Swedish Apple Pie

2 cups apples, sliced
2 T. flour
3/4 cup sugar
pinch of salt
1 egg
1 t. vanilla
1 cup sour cream
9 in. pie shell, unbaked

Topping
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 t. cinnamon
1/4 lb. soft butter

Chop apples slightly; add flour, sugar, and salt. Beat eggs and vanilla. Add to apple mix. Beat sour cream until stiff and fold onto apple mixture. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with topping. Return to oven for 15 minutes longer.
