Tough Dumplings

This one is from years ago. Every get together Aunt Rose had a big pot of chicken and dumplings.


2 eggs

1/4 cup cream

Pinch of baking powder

Salt to taste

Add flour just until you can roll it out


Roll dough out about until 1/8 thick to dry. Cut into squares.


Cook up a stewing hen add dumplings to hot chicken broth and meat. Boil until dumplings are done.
