Lil’ Cheddar Meat Loaves

1 egg
¾ cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup quick cooking oats
½ tsp. salt
Lil onion (optional)
1 lb. lean ground beef

In a bowl, beat the egg and milk. Stir in cheese, oats, salt and onion. Add beef and mix well. Shape into 8 little loaves. Place in a greased 13x9x2 baking dish. Then combine 2/3 cup ketchup, ½ cup packed brown sugar, and 1 ½ tsp. mustard. Spoon mixture over loaves. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
