Taco Soup

This recipe was first introduced by Aunt Kathy. It has been a huge hit at family gatherings but also with my friends, co-workers and parties. It is a dump in the crock pot soup that is sure to be a great for any type of day or weather.

1 pound ground beef or chicken (browned or cooked)
1 (12 oz) corn (drained)
1 (15oz) rotel with chilies
1 (8oz) tomato sauce
2 cups water
1 clove garlic (chopped)
1 (15 ½ ) can pinto beans.
1 package taco seasoning
1 small package of ranch dressing

Brown or cook beef or chicken with onion. In crock pot dump everything except corn water. Cook as long as possible but for at least one hour. Serve with corn chips or taco chips. Toppings can include: sour cream, cheese, lettuce, and/or tomato.
